On-Site and Lab Calibration Services:

Micro-Clean provides calibration Services on-site and in our lab. We provide temperature calibrations, pressure calibrations, humidity calibration, RPM calibration, conductivity/resistivity calibration, differential pressure calibrations, flow and level sensors calibration, particle counter calibration, thermal anemometer calibration, aerosol photometers calibration, electronic transmitters and building automation system calibration. Calibration methods are designed to meet ANSI Z-540 requirements. All calibration test instrumentation is NIST traceable . We provide particle counter calibration for MetOne Model 2400 and Model 2408.

Micro-Clean, Inc. now formally offers cleanroom decontamination services to all of our customers that includes surface decontamination of equipment, laboratories, and duct work from biologically and chemically active residuals, room decontamination, mold remediation within biologically sensitive areas, and equipment decontamination.

ASHRAE 110 Testing:

Micro-Clean’s commitment to providing its customers with the most up-to-date standards and information available is clearly seen in our ASHRAE 110 department. Micro-Clean has a presence on the ASHRAE 110 committee, allowing us to bring field experience to ASHRAE 110 standard updates. In turn, this guarantees the best possible protection for our clients, backed by Micro-Clean’s experience. The technicians at Micro-Clean are specialists in ASHRAE 110 performance testing. Micro-Clean employs a series of qualitative smoke studies and quantitative tracer gas tests to determine leakage rates that may not be detected by face velocity tests alone.

Qualification Services span critical environment facilities and equipment systems from a clean room, environmental chamber and autoclave to process equipment, water system, utility and HVAC system, including computer-automated equipment and building automation system for monitoring and control.
