Health
Insurance: Capital Blue Cross PPO
All insurance programs include prescription, vision, and dental coverage.
Dependant coverage is available.
* Employee coverage 100% company paid.
Medical, Vision & Dental Eligibility:
Coverage is available for the individual, spouse and child(ren) on the
1st of the month following completion of preliminary employment period.
Disability
Insurances and Life Insurances (voluntary):
Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following completion
of preliminary employment period for voluntary participation in:
- AFLAC Short Term Disability
- AFLAC Accident Insurance
- Sunlife Long Term Disability
- Mutual of Omaha Term Life Insurance
- American Heritage Universal Life Insurance
Premium
Only Plan:
Company sponsored plan that allows employees to pay for heath insurance
and some of the voluntary insurances with pre-tax contributions.
401k Retirement Plan:
Micro-Clean is enrolled with Oppenheimer Funds to provide high quality,
‘A’ Share investment selections. We provide independent
investment broker services along with quarterly reports to employees.
Employer contributes ½ match on up to 5% individual investment
on a six year graded vesting schedule.
Personal Time Off:
Paid personal time off hours start accruing from 1st full month of employment
up to 3 full days in a calendar year.
Vacation Days:
Vacation awarded on an employee’s hire anniversary and is based
on completed years of continuous service and active full-time service.
- One Year = 1 week
- Two Years = 2 weeks
- Five Years = 3 weeks
- Ten Years = 4 weeks
- Twenty Years = 5 weeks
Holidays:
8 hours of pay for these eight holidays:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
post Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Even if the holiday falls on a Saturday
or Sunday.
